Limousines or Liabilities?

What we will be discussing today is whether all limousine objectives are profitable. We are really going to dive in and analyze what will put money in your hand and what will take money out of your hand. (Keep in mind everything that is discussed in this topic is subject as well). Well for all limousine companies that are starting out we want to make sure that they understand right off the back what will provide them with cashflow and what will take away from their cashflow. Many limousine drivers who are in the early state is not aware of the dangers of misunderstanding. They feel as if everything that they do will put cash in their wallet. This is not the case though. You must understand that not every single endeavor that you jump into will guarantee you with cash, some of these limousine endeavors can even take cash out of your pocket. I would like to provide you with an example from our own Paso Robles, CA limousine company. So, you guys are aware of what search engine optimization is right? Well in the early of days of Paso Limo our company did not know how to go about SEO and didn’t know the importance of words like limousine Paso Robles, Paso Robles Limousines, Wine Tours Paso Robles and Paso Robles, CA limousines. Instead we thought it would be a great idea (This however ended up being one of the worst investments our company ever made) to hire a search engine optimization guy.

​We soon found out that the guy did jack squat for us. Sure, he put a few backlinks for our site every now and then, but in the grand scheme of things once we started to study and grow our own brains, we figured out how SEO was really supposed to be ran. Even though this mistake cost us a few hundred bucks you do not have to make the same mistake as us! You are now aware and can actually make a change in your circumstances now and use that hundred bucks more efficiently. The reason we decided to share this example with you is because it is a classic story of liability investing. Instead of taking the extra few seconds to read up, we instead decided to throw our money away like we were at Vegas. Literally we just threw it away no pun intended. That is why we are so glad we have this blog that way you guys will not have to make the same mistake that we made. We said this in an earlier post and would love to regurgitate back to you guys. It is a quote from Grant Cardone (GC) “insanity is doing the same thing wrong over and over again”. Now that you know about the mistakes we have personally made there is no real reason why you should make the same mistakes. Here is a vital lesson learn from other people’s mistakes never join in and make the same mistake as someone before you. That is just pure insanity.

How to Lookout for Liabilities!

​Well in this segment we want to address how to look for liabilities because we know that it can be tough. People need to understand that it is not an easy feat and that this is an honest question to ask, so it may seem silly wondering how to look for liabilities but who knows you might just save your wallet doing this. So…
1.First – you need to understand your bank account and your finances. What you may have been doing in the past may just be detrimental to your limousine companies overall success, so really take the time to look over your expenses.
2.Second – Unless you are a baller then keep it simple. Our company has seen this time and time again, when limousine companies try to go over the top and buy the flashiest limousine possible. Well even though it may look super cool it is not in your best interest to even invest in that yet because you are still struggling to find a central client base that will even pay you. So, make sure you keep it really simple and bland. Usually a black limousine will do the job and be the most cost efficient.
3.Always think EXPAND! You never want to get comfortable because the second you get comfortable is the second you start to get complacent. So, when you are doing well in your limousine niche make sure that you continue grow your company that way you are not doing the same numbers you were doing last month instead you are progressing and hitting higher quotas, you never want to get used to the same thing, so try different techniques and strategies to get your limousine brand across. DON’T BE STAGNANT!
4.We can’t harp this rule enough. GIVE RESPECT! You need to be respectful to not only your clients but also your employees because they are the ones who are essentially bringing in the check. You also have to be aware that without the staff that is under your belt you are going to be the one working every single shift, so it makes sense to treat your employees with dignity and make them feel loved and worth something. If you do not, then you are going to be in for a tough limo life no doubt about that.
5.This is the last step and one of the most IMPORTANT STEPS! Just smile. We understand all the stresses that come with owning a limousine corporation and in many cases, it can be stressful and really tough, so make sure that you just take a few seconds to breathe and smile. You know what at the other end of the tunnel and you will surely reek the benefits of your hard labor, so do not stress about it too much okay?
With these steps, we are sure that you are going to make something happen and erase your liabilities! Take care.
